HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) – Hazard has seen an increase in new businesses recently and on Thursday, ARCO, also known as E-Z Express Mart, opened its doors.
At first glance ARCO seems like just another gas station, but inside is where the magic happens, the kitchen is where ARCO really shines.
”It feels amazing, it’s good people, good environment, it’s a good vibe. Joe our deli manager, she’s a great cook. We have the best catfish in town, she can make everything homemade. She does everything; banana pudding, coleslaw, to salad, to everything,” said Kayla Gwin, manager at E-Z Express.
ARCO will be running a sale on gas all day Thursday to celebrate the opening. The store is located off of Highway 15 just north of Hazard.
