For the second year in a row, a rather surprising household name has made it to the very top of UK and Ireland’s Sexiest Man list.

Clarkson’s Farm star Jeremy Clarkson has once again found himself at the top of the list of the UK and Ireland’s most attractive men, beating the likes of Idris Elba, Cillian Murphy and Prince William.

Conducted by dating site IllicitEncounters, Jeremy scored an impressive nine out of 10 points, while Spider-Man actor Tom Holland landed in second place with eight points.

Voted for by 2,000 members, the UK and Ireland’s Sexiest Man list had Prince William at number three, with Gareth Southgate getting fourth place.

Other entries include Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson, Oppenheimer star Cillian Murphy, Idris Elba and Dermot O’Leary

Jessica Leoni, spokesperson at Illicitencounters.com, who organise the annual UKs Sexiest Man poll, commented (via MailOnline): “Clarkson and his farm is a bit like Noah’s ark and just like the animal’s in that story, his victory in the Sexiest Man vote has come in twos.

“We all know about his brash persona, but the latest series of Diddly Squat has shown he can tug at heartstrings too – and clearly his farmer look continues to set hearts racing.

“Just like last year’s poll, we knew providing our members with a list of 50 famous names across both genders and asking them to score them on their ‘sexiness’ would throw up some surprises – we’re not putting it past Clarkson to go for the three-peat next year!”

Jeremy recently sat down with virginradio.co.uk to chat about the latest series of Clarkson’s Farm, and insisted the agricultural programme is as real as it gets.

Speaking during a Q+A with virginradio.co.uk and other press, Jeremy explained: “It’s not hosted by somebody in purple spectacles with a zany jacket, it’s absolutely real. What you see actually happens, and none of it is planned.

Contrasting it to the glossy production of driving travel series The Grand Tour where “everything was planned”, the broadcaster elaborated: “Nothing is planned on this, I have no script. Every single day when we meet to do filming, every day we’ll have a vague idea of what we need to do.”

Seems like there’s good news for Clarkson’s Farm fans too as he confirmed they’re “doing season four now” and the reality of life on Diddly Squat farm will continue.

“I’ll need to redraw that field because I did it wrong the first time and I need to do this and I need to do that,” he added. “So we’ll move on tomorrow to do that. I can guarantee we’ll end up doing something completely different because the weather will have changed or some fence will have fallen down or whatever it might be, and you never, ever know what you’re going to do in farming, never.”

Clarkson’s Farm is available to watch on Prime Video now.
